The cancellation conditions

1. OPTIONS
The hotel provides an option on a required event for a maximum period of 14 days. After this period, it is possible to extend the option for a further 14 days after a prior telephone or written agreement. The hotel applies a cancellation fee on orders which have been confirmed in writing, but not on queries or options.

2. ORDERS
The hotel only accepts written orders sent by letter, by fax or by email.

3. THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The cancellation of the entire event 20 – 14 days before it takes place: 25% of the price of the ordered services (accommodation, catering, training area hire, etc.).
The cancellation of the entire event 13 – 7 days before it takes place: 50% of the price of the ordered services (accommodation, catering, training area hire, etc.).
The cancellation of the entire event 6 – 1 days before it takes place: 75% of the price of the ordered services (accommodation, catering, training area hire, etc.).
Non-arrival and cancellation after the provision of the 1st service: 100% of the price of the ordered services (accommodation, catering, training area hire, etc.).
 
The reduction of the ordered services by more than 10% of the volume of the originally ordered services during the last 48 hours before the date of the event will be charged at the full amount of the originally ordered services.
